This privacy policy describes how Deep Intuition LLC ("we," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit forumbot.net or subscribe to ForumBot. By using our website or product, you agree to the practices described here.
Billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, billing address, and payment method. We receive transaction confirmations and a customer record from Stripe but do not store full payment card details.
License validation data. When ForumBot is installed on your XenForo forum, the addon periodically validates your license key against our servers. This validation includes your license key, your forum's URL, and the addon version. We do not access, transmit, or store any content from your forum.
Support communications. If you contact support, we retain the email correspondence to provide assistance.
Website usage. Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate visitor traffic and improve the site. GA4 sets cookies and collects anonymized usage data including pages viewed, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location; data is processed by Google under their privacy terms. We do not run advertising trackers on forumbot.net, and we do not share data with third parties beyond Google's standard GA4 processing. Cloudflare also retains standard request logs for security and performance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy. We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law.
ForumBot operates within your XenForo installation and processes user queries through your configured AI provider (such as Xpertloop). Deep Intuition LLC does not access, store, or have visibility into your forum's content, user data, or chat logs. In-product data handling specific to the ForumBot addon is documented within the addon itself, installed automatically on your forum.
We retain billing records as required for tax and legal compliance (typically seven years). Active license validation records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter for support purposes. You may request deletion of your account data subject to our retention obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@forumbot.net. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. License validation traffic is transmitted over TLS. No system is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data.
ForumBot is a B2B product not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
