ForumBot is an AI assistant addon for XenForo forums, provided by Deep Intuition LLC. Access requires a valid license key issued upon subscription.
ForumBot is billed monthly via Stripe. Payments recur automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ForumBot on a single XenForo forum. The license is not sublicensable and may not be resold or shared.
You agree not to use ForumBot to generate illegal, harassing, or abusive content, or to circumvent any platform's terms of service.
ForumBot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Deep Intuition LLC makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Deep Intuition LLC's liability for any claim arising from your use of ForumBot is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
Our website and billing privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. In-product data handling for the ForumBot addon is documented within the addon itself, installed automatically on your forum. Deep Intuition LLC does not access or store your forum's content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Deep Intuition LLC's registered state.
